This unique paddle design increases the thermometers stability for quick and easy reading, while keeping the thermometers tip off the bottom of the pan for accuracy. 

Common stages (soft ball, hard crack, etc.) printed right on the thermometer for ready reference. Reads from 60F to 400F (20C to 200C).
